    Ask your clinician for an individual care plan. Share with school, transport and clubs.

  2. Know seizure first aid

    Time the seizure, protect from injury, don't restrain or put anything in mouth, recovery position when safe; call 999 per plan criteria.

  3. Review medicines & rescue plans

    Check expiry dates and staff training for rescue meds.
