Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") before using Access Compass (the "App"), operated by ADAI Digital Ltd ("we", "our", or "us").

1. Use of the App

By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

• Access Compass is a free directory that lists publicly-available disability support services and how-to guides, for personal, non-commercial use.
• The App has no accounts and no login. Your settings and saved items are stored only on your own device.

2. Information, not advice

Access Compass provides information and signposting only. It is not professional, legal, medical, social-care or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for it. Decisions about your own or someone else's care and support should be made with the relevant service or a qualified professional.

3. Third-party services and listing accuracy

The listings describe services run by third parties, which we do not operate or control:

• Listings are compiled from public directory information and can go out of date. Details such as opening hours, eligibility, availability and contact details are set by each service and may change.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or availability of any listing. Always confirm details directly with the service before relying on them.
• Any support, referral or service you receive from a listed organisation is provided by that organisation and governed by its own terms and policies, not ours.

4. Disclaimers & availability

The App and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that offline storage on your device will never fail.

5. Intellectual property

The App itself, including its design, layout, written guides and the "Access Compass" name, is owned by or licensed to ADAI Digital Ltd and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Information about individual services remains the responsibility of those services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADAI Digital Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the App or any listing, including decisions made on the basis of information found in the App.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law provisions. If you are using Access Compass in Australia, nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
