Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Welcome to Access Compass, a free, accessible directory of disability support services, accessible places and how-to guides, managed by ADAI Digital Ltd ("we", "our", or "us"). Protecting your privacy is simple here, because we do not collect your personal data. This applies to every edition of the app, including our UK editions and our Victoria, Australia edition.

1. We do not collect personal data

Access Compass has no user accounts and no login. We do not ask for your name, email or any other personal details in order to use the app, and we do not run a server-side database of users.

2. Your settings stay on your device

Access Compass is a local-first Progressive Web App. Anything you choose in the app is stored only on your own device:

3. The listings are public information

The services and guides in Access Compass are public directory information about organisations, not personal data about you. Access Compass is a signposting tool: it tells you what support exists and how to reach it. Please confirm details with each service directly before relying on them.

4. Cookies & analytics

We do not use tracking cookies or analytics scripts that identify you. Because your settings and saved items are held locally on your device, we have no mechanism to track your movements or profile your behaviour. See our cookies and local storage page for more.

5. Which law applies to you

Because the app collects no personal data, the practical protection is the same wherever you use it. For the specific law and regulator that applies in your region (UK GDPR and the ICO, or the Australian Privacy Principles and the OAIC for our Victoria edition), see our data protection statement.
